Eligibility Criteria

Check your eligibility to join Scotland's Best Workplaces


Joining Scotland’s Best Workplaces Programme is simple, but first make sure you meet the eligibility criteria:

  • You must be a UK-registered organisation with employees in Scotland
  • You must have a minimum of 20 employees
  • Your organisation must have been in existence for at least 3 years
  • Any major mergers, de-mergers or acquisitions must have been completed before 1st September  2010
