Process
A simple step-by-step process
The Great Place to Work® Institute aims to make the process of Scotland’s Best Workplaces Programme as simple and straightforward as possible. It comprises 5 basic steps:
Step 1: Registration
Step 2: Assessment
The survey is distributed to your employees in either on-line or paper format. It’s your choice. Your organisation’s assessment will be based on the following criteria: Trust Index® Employee Survey and Culture Audit® Management Questionnaire
Step 3: Analysis
Once all the employees have completed the survey and questionnaire anonymously, our Best Workplaces experts analyse the data. We look at the results and judge them according to our highly developed and researched Great Place to Work® Model©.
Step 4: Feedback
At the Great Place to Work® Institute we understand that it is more beneficial to your organisation if you receive the results quickly, so that you can start to act upon them. That’s why, within four weeks of the survey closing, we will send your results in the Trust Index© Feedback Report.
Step 5: Results and Awards
Once an organisation’s results have been analysed, we can rank them in our special Scotland’s Best Workplaces list. Successful organisations will be notified if they are recognised as one of Scotland’s Best Workplaces. A special report in leading Scottish newspaper, The Herald, will publish the list of the top ranking Best Workplaces. These companies will also be invited to celebrate their achievement at our prestigious gala awards ceremony. Your ranked position will only be revealed at the date of the awards ceremony.
