- No place will be reserved on the Best WorkplacesProgrammenor any service provided without commitment expressed through signing the official Registration Form
- Travel and translations are not included and will be billed directly to the client if applicable
- The Employee Survey will be conducted in English
- The Employee Survey must be completed during the months of July, August or September 2011 and the start date (week) of the survey must be established upon registration
- All cancellations must be received in writing
- Cancellations confirmed in writing within 14 days of submitting the official Registration Form will be eligible for a full refund LESS an administration charge of £50. No refunds will be available after this date.
- Cancellations confirmed in writing after 14 days of submitting the Registration Form and before the Employee Survey start date will be invoiced for 50% of the undiscounted fee as detailed in the Registration Form
- Cancellations confirmed in writing after the Employee Survey start date will be invoiced for the full undiscounted fee as detailed in the Registration Form.
- The Great Place to Work Institute is bound by the Data Protection Act and will not supply any third party not connected with the project with any information supplied without consent.
- If your organisation is included in Scotland's Best Workplace, information supplied may be made public.
- Submissions and supporting materials may be destroyed after evaluation.
- The Great Place to Work Institute reserves the right to change the publication date and delivery schedule of ordered products without prior notice.
