A simple, easy-to-understand programme and process
The Great Place to Work® Institute aims to make the process of Scotland’s Best Workplaces Programme as fast and straightforward as possible. We know that companies are busy and that it is important to receive results and feedback from our surveys as quickly as possible.
Here is an overview of our timeline:

Registration: You can register any time between April and August. The earlier you register the more flexibility you have to choose the most convenient timeframe to survey your staff. There is a four-month period in which you can arrange for the surveys to be carried out.

Survey Period & Culture Audit© Completion: It’s possible for the survey process to be shorter or longer depending on your requirements.

Feedback on survey results: Once the survey process is completed, our team of Institute experts will carefully evaluate the data and return the results and feedback to your organisation within four weeks.

Ranking notification, Publication and Awards: During January 2011, companies that are to be ranked in the Scotland’s Best Workplaces list will be notified. The awards ceremony will then take place at the end of February. This process will be repeated every year.
