The Feedback Report
 

• In-depth analysis of your workplace by showing the average levels of your employees’ confidence in the policies and practices that underpin the unique culture of your organisation.
• The results are shown in relation to the Great Place to Work^® Model^©.
• The Report includes a breakdown of all employee responses (anonymous) to the statements of the Trust Index^©, which are further detailed according to demographics.

The Internal Benchmark Report
 

• Summary performance of various areas of your organisation, in accordance with the key areas of the Great Place to Work^® Model^©.
• The data will offer insights into your operational strengths and weaknesses, and will allow you to re-assess your people management policies and practices – and to develop greater trust within your workplace environment.    

 
The External Benchmark Report
 

• This is a management tool that is designed to help you to understand your placing in relation to some of the world’s most progressive workplaces.
• It will shows you how competitive your workplace is. A portfolio of benchmarking intelligence is provided, which shows the comparative effectiveness of your organisation’s people practices and policies.

Advisory Session
 

• Comprehensive overview of the Trust Index^© Survey results focusing on three areas: your overall practice and performance based on your final results, competitive positioning and areas with opportunity for improvement.
• The feedback is designed to equip organisations and leaders with the knowledge and tools that they need to influence their workplace climate, and to improve trust and engagement levels within the organisation.
